Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional part-time bartender to join our team for weddings, parties, and other celebrations. This role involves creating a fun, welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service and high-quality drinks. Events primarily take place on evenings and weekends, and shifts typically last 4–6 hours, depending on the size and duration of the celebration.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing inventory and helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage bar inventory and prepare bar setup prior to each event.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Handle cash, credit card, or drink ticket transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Coordinate with event planners, catering teams, and venue staff to deliver a seamless experience.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to beverage service and sanitation.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience, preferably in event or banquet settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized during busy events.
• Familiarity with local alcohol service laws and safety protocols.
• Flexible availability on weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight 
• Must have ATC-approved license or willing to get one

Work Environment:

You’ll work in events spaces designed to celebrate all life's events.  Bartenders must be adaptable, professional, and able to bring a positive, upbeat attitude to every event. This is a part-time, as-needed position with flexible scheduling depending on event bookings.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay plus tips.
